What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential service calls and generator installations (standby & portable)
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install with care and precision
• Mentor helpers or junior techs and help set the tone for the team
• Keep jobs moving on time while keeping quality front and center
• Use apps like Housecall Pro and Company Cam to log work and communicate with the team
• Represent Smartron with professionalism and respect—every time

Qualifications:

• Residential electrical experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience with generator installations is a big plus
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and able to pass a background check
• Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
• English speaking and able to communicate clearly with customers and team members
